If there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars then I would! I made an appointment for a checkup and cleaning, gave all the information and showed up for the appointment. I forgot my license but had it on my phone. The receptionist would accept this stating they would have to scan it. I rescheduled the appointment for 2 weeks later. Showed up 30 minutes early for the rescheduled appointment with id in hand and was told they needed my insurance card. I explained that I had contacted my insurance after the last attempt of appointment for a new card and had no yet received it. They refused to see me even though I had ALL the insurance information and my id. The staff was incredibly rude and actually THREATENED to ban myself and my husband from the place! Someone really should do something about these people not wanting to perform their job duties to standard. This is ridiculous! I saw similar reviews but decided to give them a chance because everyone had an off day sometimes but now that I have experienced their “customer service “ I realize this is the norm for this office. STAY AWAY!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. Before scheduling my appointment, I specifically asked whether they were in-network with Tricare. I provided all of the requested insurance information and was told that they were. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 20 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. When checking in, the receptionist asked for my insurance card. I explained that, as a military family, we do not have a separate insurance card and instead use our military ID, which contains our benefits information. Rather than helping to verify the information or offering a solution, the receptionist immediately became dismissive and insisted that my military ID was not acceptable. She then informed me that I would have to pay out of pocket if I wanted to be seen. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. What was most frustrating was that this could have been addressed before the appointment. We provided our information ahead of time and were told everything was in order. I had a root canal appointment scheduled and left extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, I waited about 30 minutes before being taken to the back. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. If there was a problem with the office’s system, patients should have been notified before arriving, especially for procedures as important as a root canal. During my visit, a staff member took my phone and emailed herself my insurance information instead of simply allowing me to send it myself. Afterward, I was told there was an issue because they had not received the email. When I questioned whether the office’s system was down, the explanation suddenly changed to them not being able to find me under the insurance. The conflicting explanations made the entire situation confusing and unprofessional. What made the experience even more frustrating was that after taking me to the back, a staff member asked for my debit card so she could walk back to the front and process payment for the procedure. We had already walked past the front desk, and I was uncomfortable handing my card to someone to take elsewhere when I could have paid for the service myself. No clear explanation was provided, an

This place is a scam! Beware My daughter went to this place, she was on time and waited an hour to be seen. When she went back they immediately asked for payment and told her she had to complete an oral cancer screening per policy and that it would not be covered under insurance in order to proceed. Then after the x-ray she was told they could not proceed with the cleaning because she had some bleeding. They played an advertisement for a periodontal gel and told her that in order to do the cleaning she would need to complete the 3 week treatment and schedule 3 follow up visits before the cleaning. She was told “great news, your insurance covers most of it so you only owe $1100!” Scam! My daughter went to see a different dentist and they did her cleaning no problem and that the gel treatment should’ve only been recommended after trialing regular treatment/cleaning. On top of that, there was no dentist on site and the virtual dentist was on the screen for 15 seconds just to say she agrees with the hygienist. I would definitely not recommend coming here if you can avoid it.

Everyone was very helpful! Especially Michelle! From my first call to set up my appointment, to ensuring she received my records, to welcoming me on the day of my appointment, to assisting me with financing and explaining the cost. She took her time to help me, and I really appreciated that! The dentist was very knowledgeable and detailed and kept me informed throughout the procedure. Both he and his dental assistant took good care of me. Their costs are less than other dental offices, which is what I needed and was looking for, so don’t expect all of the extras, that also come with all of the extra costs. Their service is straightforward, and the people there make it a great place to go for dental care!
